Comfortably moving between the details of a user flow and the bigger picture of a product strategy, I believe the best solutions come from combining solid research with close collaboration across teams. I am empathetic by nature, structured by habit, and always looking for ways to improve my workflow with whatever new tools and ways of working are reshaping the field.
